Lagos

This morning we went to the gypsy market, a market held on the first Saturday of each month; we had missed it previously as we were visiting UK at the beginning of November. I bought three pineapples so it looks like a menu based on pineapples for the next couple of days.
This afternoon Richard prepared the rubbing boards – boards that are placed between the fenders and the wall in harbours. We bought the wood earlier this week; it needed sanding and holes for the warps drilling into it.
We’ve been experimenting with the positioning of our new electric lights and this evening we have enjoyed another DVD with our new sound system. The saloon looks like a bomb has hit it so we need to do a bit of tidying up tomorrow.
