We have 540 miles left to go on day three, an estimated 2-3 days to go.

The twistle rig is up and we are flying along at between 9 and 10 knots with moderate waves.

We have been sailing in company with Jackamy and it is very comforting to see another set of sails or masthead light on the horizon.

Depending on the wind and waves and our sail plan we skip from being on the port side of them to the starboard side, and being behind or in front, it is amazing that we  stay in sight of each other.

The nights seem quite long, we have four hours on watch and four hours sleep, but the days whizz by reading, eating, listening to the roll call and the ipod and dozing to catch up with our sleep.
