After a night of motoring we put up the genoa and gently sailed towards Puerto Calero Marina.

Just before 10.00 am we were greeted by Tony waving from the pontoons and directing us to our berth.

It was good to go ashore and share a cold beer with Sheila & Brian from Miss Tippy who arrived shortly after us.

Just one problem – the celebrating continued as more of the fleet arrived and by 6.00pm we were cracking open the champagne kindly donated by Paul and enjoying the company of Sheila & Brian and Joe & David from our sister ship ‘Roundabout’, all sharing stories.

So…. Sorry for the delay in updates but I am struggling with a hangover this morning – much worse than trying to wake up for my 4am watch !

Arrival at Puerto Calero, safely moored up after 649 miles.
