It is nice to be down wind sailing again with the twistle rig set and the boat happily riding the waves at a steady 7 knots.

This morning it was very strange setting up the twistle rig without our twistlers Adam & Malc.

The night watch is not so easy without the crew on board and it is taking forever to polish the stainless steel. I had to cook the dinner without any help from chef and the cooker is in need of TLC from Malc to make it sparkle again.

We are missing the crew !

Excercises have resumed in very short bursts due to the heat and the distraction of the hot tub filled with refreshing cold sea water.
