While one day just merges into the next time is not
dragging and the day seems to just disappear out here too!
very bumpy last night but good speed and
recorded 164 miles noon to noon; as of this evening we have about 600 miles left
to run.
Look out in the shops for the "Moonbeam total
fitness video" - despite being unable to get off a 14metre boat we are
continually rolled, pitched, shaken and generally wobbled about 24 hours a day
and you feel that every muscle is in use - sometimes just keeping yourself in
your bunk! I am sure a small caravan set up on computer controlled hydraulic
jacks could achieve the same total aerobic workout just while you try and get on
with living! It can be disconcerting to lie still in your bunk while
various parts of your anatomy that are perhaps not as 'toned' as they should be
'wobble' about as "Moonbeam" weaves over the waves!
Another hot day and this afternoon we experienced
"suspended animation" for a couple of hours while we stopped the clocks; we will
do the same tomorrow to make up the 4hour time
difference.
Best wishes to all
