A long run to start the day - as early as possible before the sun is high in the sky and temperatures too hot - 13 miles done! Then to jobs - provisioning, a start on stripping the outboard carburetor and sewing parts of the spray hood. Thunderstorms yet again scuppering the planned bbq - so an evening "in the cool" on the boat to round off the day's work.
