Back on-board, having enjoyed the return car journey over two days- staying overnight in Virginia Beach and an early stroll on the beachfront boardwalk and pier on a damp and misty morning! Even the crows were not enjoying the "summer weather"! An earlier ferry across the Delaware Bay transferred us nicely to Cape May and thence to the boat - all was well. Unpacked, gear stowed, pizza and a classic movie (The Pink Panther!) to round the evening off.
