We departed Stefanos around 9:50 for Garitas bay and made our way under motor sail in light winds. After putting on a load of washing we headed inshore to meet the agent, Sevastiana, who took our passports and ships papers to complete customs and EU border re-entry. We then headed into the old town and checked out Zimi's accommodation in one of the Liston suites. Zimi would be leaving the boat later this afternoon when the passports were returned. We then had lunch on one of the back street tavernas before returning to the boat to continue the preparation for Zimi's departure and Carol Aitken's arrival. Sevastiana's agent returned just after 6pm. After collecting the passports we assisted Zimi to his accommodation. Then Catherine and I did a provisioning run and returned to the boat. Around 8pm we went ashore and had dinner at NAOK Azure restaurant. I tracked Carol's flight on flight radar, landing at 21:40. I heading off to get a taxi to the airport around 21:30, could not find one! So a brisk walk to the airport got me there at 22:00, 5 mins before Carol exited to the arrivals area. Considering the 27 hour, 2 stop transit, Carol was in pretty good shape. We returned to NAOK and settled Carol into Westralia, along with a cup of Albanian mountain tea.

As always, Zimi is great crew and, being the mineral resources space, lots of common interests. Plus he is very handy in the galley, excellent Albanian interpreter and proved to be an excellent PT for Catherine and me!
