Not happy with the anchorage so after lunch on board we motored to Punta Fucile and laid anchor. Swim and checked anchorage. Chain drops over a ledge into deeper water. Hopefully no issue weighing the anchor. We took the dinghy ashore to the port village of Palomba. After a short exploration walk there was only one taverna option, close to the ferry stop. It was booked out however the staff set up a couple of tables on the pathway at the front of the taverna. Good service and food again with a lot of interesting characters, dogs and donkeys. We met a local female doctor who worked on the island. And women in skimpy bikinis at 10:30 in the evening!
