Thank you to Alison and Chris for joining us with champagne, an enjoyable tapas meal was had to return to ? English cuisine but didn’t fill us sufficiently so Simon was cooking pasta back onboard….followed by a collapse and a champagne breakfast before crew departure.
As Louise mentioned in a message, the return leg was not the “Grand finale” that might have been hoped for and was certainly not the sunshine cruise that Allan and Simon were misguided enough to expect!, but it was certainly an amazing experience and I was very grateful and privileged to sail with them.
