We are planning on leaving tomorrow, Saturday 1^st June, and passage may take up to 12 days, 10 would be good. The forecast presently indicates we could have 70% upwind sailing not exactly the norm for sail back from Azores. There are also indications that we may need to motor for a couple of days to speed up getting to the next band of wind.

Stocked up with some local cheese today as we only have one strong cheddar left that would do 4 days. Also, a couple loaves of bread as only 3 baguettes left.

Forward bunk has been lifted to help dry out the wood in there as a warm sunny day and hatch wide open. Suspect will get very wet again during voyage to UK.

In the morning will have a couple of hours work setting up the boat for sea again. With luck will leave about midday.
