Chris and Col arrived about 4 yesterday afternoon. Once they found their shorts went off to the bar with John under the pretext that they needed Wi-Fi to communicate with home that they arrived.

Today the 3 went off to the fort on the end of peninsula on entrance to English Harbour and then to the beach but apparently got lost a few times on the way. They are back and in the bar wanting Wi-Fi again.

I did some boat jobs including lubricating all the blocks, shackles and traveller. My exercise was a cycle ride out to Dow’s Hill Interpretation centre then to Shirley Heights.

This evening there is a rum party up at Dow Hill, shuttle bus running to get us there and back.

Tomorrow up at 0600 to leave dock at 7 and start race at 0800.
