Dear blog
Hoorah we have gone 24 hrs without breaking
anything!!
Otherwise nothing much to report today. We are
cracking downwind at 7.0 -8.5 knots - been on the same gybe for 2 days but
because the wind has veered to the east we gybed about 2 hours ago.
Had a great run of about 175 miles in the last 24 hours! Poistion at 1100hrs
20.30N 23.10W.
It now doesn't get light till 0830hrs so we
are changing our night watches to start at 2100hrs tonight. That means we can
watch a couple of episodes of Yes Minister before the night time routine
starts. Will be turning off the freezer so that will save 60 Ah per day enough
to watch a few DVDs from now on! Jonnie, I got the Wedding Crashers
DVD!
