Update from Salalah

We are still in Salalah but we hope the ship will
come here about 30th of April. It will take about 20 hours to
load all the yachts and then it will take 7-8 days to reach Marmaris in We keep ourselves busy. Working on the boat,
going to the gym, bowling, relaxing and going on days out playing tourist. We have seen on the internet that ‘The
Sultanate of Oman is the least known but most exciting tourist destination in
the middle east’ So we must be very lucky to be here. Not that
we have seen much of these exciting things, we must be missing something…J

Afterwards we stopped at the Mariott hotel for a
quick swim.. and then to the souk(market) and we finished with A local Omani meal
Coming back to the dinghy one day we found that a
fish had jumped out of the water and come to a Sticky end.. not quite good enough for dinner…J |
