Last night
was tough. It was blowing F8-9 and we had to double up in pairs and do 1
hour on, 1 hour off and hand steer. I am getting lots of practise. We then
went to single person watches of 1 hr on, 3 hrs off but we are now going back to
normal watch system. Seas as big, but the boat is handling it well and I'm
afraid that the forecast is for the winds to continue for a couple of days, but
not quite so bad. So we have had the sunny relaxed days and now for
the exciting ones.
We are
still keeping well, the boat is comfortable and we should start catching up with
sleep today. I tried to make tea and coffee this morning, but I'm afraid
the whole lot ended up all over the boat, so a different technique was
required.
