We had a great sail yesterday. Beam wind and we were doing about 7 kts all day until about 9.30pm when the wind died down completely.

We have been motoring since then.

On the net this morning, we heard from the yachts ahead that they now have 25-30kts on the nose with 1-2m seas on the nose.

We are not looking forward to this.

It sounds like the bad weather is coming in 2-3 days before we expected.

so it is now to get the boat safe, button down the hatches and be ready..

We hope to get into Sri Lanka on Monday morning.
