Swim in the morning then to shore for supplies. Booked  a table to view the Euro cup final.

Back to boat, heading to Vulcano for a few hours then will return to Lipari. Anchored at Vulcano. We took the dinghy into the rope barrier and secured it at anchor, 100m from the bubbling water. We then swam over and across the volcanic gas bubbles coming from the sea floor, around 1 m deep. Very hot sulphur laden gas created a warm, acidic bubble bath. Met a group of Italian tourists and exchanged greetings. Returned to the dinghy and, to Jude and Julie's credit, they managed to get back into the dinghy on the transom end, using the motor trim plate as a step. Back to Westralia, rinsed the acid off then organised to return to Lipari at 15:00.
