Thursday 6th June. A stopover for another day had been scheduled and water taxis had been booked so we had a lovely day doing touristy things in the main town of Hvar. A beautiful place with a very old castle on top of the hill. We didn't do the climb up as we were loaded down with wine and fruit. Instead we meandered through the narrow streets, had some beers and lunch and watched the chaos of yachties trying to moor in the very overcrowded bay. That night the pre-dinner drinks were on Sonsy Lass which by this time there were 7 boats, meaning 20 thirsty sailors. There is space on the big cats for such numbers but on our little boat it is a wee bit tight. All went very well however and then we were off again for more food and drink at the little restaurant. Another great day ends!.
