Roques
Hi all, anchored behind a
sand caye in Los Roques, sitting out a 35knot blow. We were going to move
on but are waiting for the wind to calm down. The girls are feeling
seasick at anchor! It is part of the national park of Venezuela
here, so it is very interesting as you can seen conches and fish that have
normally all been killed and eaten by overfishing.
There is also a turtle
sactuary here. Mimi won't go swimming because there is a four foot
baracuda ranging around the anchorage.
ps. Happy birthday to Gill
and Richard too!
