Escape to Las Perlas

We finally left Balboa Yacht Club moorings and Panama this morning for a day sail to the Las Perlas Islands. No wind to start with and then 15 knots on the beam. Reached along at 6 knots in a rippled sea. The first time we have had full main and genny since Portugal!! We are anchored off Isla Contadora at the north end of the islands.
The boat is black with oil and smoke pollution from Panama; everthing we touch makes us filthy---big clean required.
