We had a swift stop in Horta.

Stretched our legs, topped up with provisions, fuel and departed Wednesday 11^th, 15:00 local time.

Winds have been great, as we have been sailing with a good 12-18kn winds on the port beam. Allowing us to make good progress with an average of about 9.6kn the past 24hrs!

Sea state has been a bit rolly, choppy. Therefore, fishing has been postponed till better conditions.  

Overcast today and a cold wind!! Hot chocolate has been our friend.

Forecast is the same till tonight, tomorrow looks like we will have a wind on the bow and sailing again on Saturday with good winds forecast from the South.

On the menu for tonight is a surprise of chicken something. Not the best conditions for cooking so we will improvise an easy meal 😊

Good progress made this first day, off to a good start for this second passage.
