The blue hole

We sailed into the beautiful clear waters of the Bahamas again and were immediately struck by its beauty which we never seem to tire of!
we came upon a blue hole in the middle of the ocean so we tried to anchor over it to see if any fish were down there and John got his fishing rod ready. The dark blue you see is the blue hole.
These are pictures taken close up whee you can see the sides through the water.
We arrived at our destination which was called Conception island
A beautiful island with miles of white sand
The sand was so soft and powdery
and we had this wonderfully tasting hog fish for dinner, its the closest to UK cod/haddock we have had!
