After the inevitable last minute rush, Tucanon was finally re-launched with a clean bottom, new anodes, sparkling engines and a few cosmetic and minor improvements.  After a quick shower, it was off to Port of Spain to watch the judging of contenders for King and Queen of Carnival.  Costumes were dramatic, and some extreme ones were simply decorated floats with a (usually burly) figure attached to the front to drag it round!  The rules seem to require only that the “costume” is attached to a single (unmotorised) person.
