Wind dead behind us - where we want to go so we are having to play about with the angles to get the best VMG to St Lucia.
All well on board - I managed 4 hours sleep last night. Massive improvement.
Ian and Tom are well. Food is good so far. The Dorado we caught fed us twice and we have enough for one more meal in the cool box.
