Exactly three days into our Lads and Dads trip and we have 24 hours to go.
The Parasailor has now been up for 23 hours continuously and we plan to carry of flying it to this evening. The winds picked up in the night and there was a learning curve on how to sail the boat which is now best sailed with the autopilot set to steer to the true wind angle. During that learning curve the King team managed to get the boat up to 11.2 knots in the night!
The remainder of Papa Michael’s bolognaise came out of the freezer and the last dinner on board (hopefully) is chicken curry. The pressure cooker is working a dream.
