Today has been a pretty none eventful day we
have be travelling nicely and covered a reasonable 161 nms over the last
24hrs.
All the preparations for the rough weather has
been completed and later on this afternoon Steve spotted an approaching
container ship and I radio them on the VHF to get a weather report which was not
too dissimilar to the weather we already had although ours is a couple of days
out of date now.
AS it turns out we will be getting a day maybe 1.5
days of rough weather and then we should be into Sydney by the afternoon of the
27th May.
We are still having to motor sail a bit as the
wind direction will not allow us to sail the course
wish.
everyone on board is well and apart from Steve not
getting a lot of sleep due to being in the bow and I think Bernie is getting a
little stir crazy with the confined spare I sure we will all make
it to land mentally and physically fine.
