We are half way to Las Palmas, just motoring passed the Salvegam Islands, a
remote nature reserve in the middle of no where!
There is still no wind so we are having to motor! It was a calm very, very
starry night. An exceedingly black sky with millions of silver stars which
reflected in the glassy sea!
The phosphorescence was billowing and sparkling from the stern of the yacht
and the bow waves (poet in the making?) - We also saw space debris and
shooting stars- it is a lot more entertaining at night sometimes than day time!!
All is well. Sea temperature is 26.2c and very hot and sunny!! Hope you
are all well. |
