Day 4 has been fabulous! Blue skies, a steady 12 - 15 knts of wind behind us and the sea seems to be flattening. We have goose winged all day making a steady 5-

6 knts and have found the control to use 'steering by the true wind angle' on the auto helm. I made some bread this morning using the spray hood as a perfect proving oven. We still haven't caught a fish - we put a line out and lost the lure. Very little sea life seen which is surprising, however we have spotted flying fish. We all feel as if we have more energy today too
