0 miles to Horta

After a fairly wild 24 hours which saw the wind gusting to 38kts, we arrived in Horta at 0600 UTC on Tuesday 14 June, 13 days and 9 hours after leaving Bermuda.

It’s incredibly busy in Horta – we’re currently rafted up on the ‘reception dock’ with about 10 other boats.

We’ve got a number of jobs to do, roughly in the order of sleep, check in at customs, have a long hot shower, tidy and dry the boat (everything has a damp feeling) and have a long relaxing beer!
