Winds have picked up to 25-30 on the port quarter,
perfect for our destination of Tortola. Making 8-10 knots with some surfing
speeds up to 15 knots. Hope it keeps up. Very sad to report the lossof one life
on an abandoned boat north of Bermuda. This couple had struggled for days and
then got hit by Sean. They found the husband but not his wife. Thoughts are on
them. We are all well with Melissa running out of time and having to leave from
Bermuda. Eva joined so we are four with 3 hour watches. No
problems with the boat, the winds preclude fishing and we are looking forward to
seeing all our friends in Tortola. The fleet all left Bermuda together but we
are all going our seperate ways now, but all with the Caribbean firmly in
their sight. Will update ETA as we progress but looking like late Wednesday may
be possible.
