The perfect record of Blue Note (at least one fish caught during off-shore passage) was maintained !
Yesterday evening as we were playing one game of Yahtzee, we caught a tuna (a Big eye Tuna)
1/4 of which was cooked the same night. Delicious ! 3 more meals from it to follow.

Because of the big swells and waves we are not able to follow a rhumb line for Flores, since that would result on a straight down wind.
Therefore we are alternating jibing to maintain comfort and speed while also trying to use the favorable eddy currents.

Andrea exited in reeling in his first ever fish while blue water sailing.

Andrea's happiness shows in his face when the fish was gaffed and on deck.

What we believe to be a big eye tuna
