Crossing the Atlantic for Shaare ZedekWith deepest gratitude and in support of Shaare Zedek Hospital in Jerusalem, whose staff cared with such dedication for my mother in her last few weeks, I have decided to embark upon an adventure of a lifetime, sailingthe Atlantic Ocean. I will be sailing some 3000 nautical miles with the aim of raising money for a cause that was close to my mother’s heart – the development of a mother’s milk facility in the Neo Natal Intensive Care Unit at Shaare Zedek.I will be setting off on the 22nd of November 2015 from Grand Canaria and hope to make land-fall in the West Indies within about three weeksThis is a great
challenge for even a greater cause. No donation is too small and will mean a lot
to Shaare Zedek, its patients and staff.
