We are almost ready for the off.  

Safety check complete and we have had the safety brief.  All our provisions are stowed and we are awaiting the final delivery of fresh rations tomorrow.  A quiet night tonight with the last chance for clothes washing and a proper meal at a local Spanish restaurant courtesy of Kevin. Hoping for an early night and some limited detox.

We have seen the latest weather which suggests an upwind start down the East coast of Gran Canaria then a fetch across to gain some west to the south of the island in what should be northerly winds and a favourable start for Selene.
