This is probably the same principle as in Ireland; It rains a lot so everything grows. Apparently they have 400' a year which sounds an awful lot, but that said it has been raining every day since we got here; not all the time but regular showers. We were close to swimming yesterday when we took Alice to the customs, (about a mile), she sprang a leak. By the time we scrambled back on the boat, Alice was V shaped, with the bow and stern up in the air, and the middle low in the water, complete with out bottoms!! It transpired that she had been punctured underneath: A patch later, she seems to be staying inflated, so we may attempt another run ashore to book a rain forest trip for tomorow. Coming to anchor at sunset. View of the bay. Rainbow from the boat. Sounds like? How many syllables? Guess and win prizes with Search Charades! |
