Oh dear, back to Langkawi. The windlass is not working properly and whatever Penn Marine did (if anything at a charge of 200 Ringgits) did not help at all. So, we’re back to Langkawi to try the facilities there and, if the worst happens and it cannot be fixed and we have to get a new one, then we are in the right place to get it imported duty-free.
