Noeluna in St Lucia! Dec 11, 0840 UTC (O440 local time)

Dear All, YEEEEEEEEEEEEEEES! WE DID IT! We crossed the line this
morning at 0740 UTC after 18 days, 18 hours and 40 minutes, in front of a
delirious crowd, hysterical women tearing their clothes and generally people in
tears, broken by emotion With Queens music “We are the champions, we are the champions, no time for losers cos we are the champions… of the
seaaaaaaaaaaas!” We want to thank our skipper Matthieu, Xavier the coach
whose invisible positive presence has always been felt, our wifes and partners,
our children, our mothers and fathers, all our ancestors who made this day
possible for us, all the cameramen behind the screen that you never see, the
script writer, the costume providers, the make-up crew, the Director, our web
provider, the stunt men who were on watch at night during the squalls we had to
cross, the fishmongers that sold us 2 tunas and 2 mai mai, the crews of the 3
assisting boats that followed us all the way, all the therapists who took care
of us during the last three weeks, thank you to all of you cos we are the
champions ….of the seaaaaas, and we could not have achieved this without
you. But the list would be nothing if we did not include you, the fans, our
most faithful supporters, who sent us emails and comments that gave us the
boost to accomplish this Neptuneal task. Thank you, thank you, thank you,
Noeluna loves you all. It is with deep emotion and humility that we accept the
winning prize on behalf of all of you and we will cherish this Trophy forever. Our victory is yours, our pride is your victory and you are
our inspiration. We now go to have first a ti-punch, then a sleep but our
dreams will be aquatic The 4 of us have shared something unique that will be an
ever lasting memory A massive salute from an overjoyed Atlantic crew. Sail-ho.
