Wind has moderated a fair amount but still making good progress. Means the roll is less which is good. I’m feeling much better after a bit of low grade sea sickness grog yesterday.  Is just 20 minutes from sunset, a magical time to be at sea. 

320 miles left to run so should be in Sunday morning. Hopefully will be able to stream the women’s World Cup Final when we arrive.
