Just a quick update to say all is
well.
Sea state has become a bit choppy, Rich is feeling
a bit unwell, and Raoul has fallen out of his bunk (he didnt tie the lee cloth
up!) - Despite that, spirits are high and we a going a great speed under reefed
sails with 20kts of wind.
I was joined by some porpoises this morning on my
watch as we passed south of the Isles of Scilly - too dark to take
photos
