38:37.27N 20:41.50E 18June 170614 Passage from Fiscardo, Kefalonia to Sivota, Lefkas Weather: Fine and sunny with moderate visibility. Winds NE 15kts DTG: 12.75nm Crew: Frank and Jackie 11:00 Departed Fiscardo quay mooring and head north on a course of 28 degrees from Kefalonia on a close reach with a SOG of around 7.5 kts in company of another yacht which we closed and overhauled as we head for Lefkas - racing? Who is racing? 13:30 38:37.27N 20:41.50E Arrive In the well protected harbour of Sivota, Southern Lefkas and drop anchor in its already well occupied anchorage. We are here to seek the protection of this well protected anchorage as bad weather is forecast to come in with strong southerly winds of circa 30 plus kts. We find Swiss friend Andre is also sheltering here and invite him over to Bootlegger for aperitifs and dinner which J prepared of large peppers stuffed with meat and rice; very tasty.
