TUESDAY 23rd February 2010
08.00hrs We got up to a very wet
morning,
There was very heavy rain all night, wiyh plenty of
thunder and lightning, the result was brown water covering the
harbour,
Aileen did some baking , making brown bread ,
cake's and jelly
Stephen and Fat's tried to sort out the "
Raymarine" e series, which is not giving us any detail on our
charts,
We got in touch with their advisor in the U.K. "
Jason Sidway" who the Skipper met at Cork Week in 2008,
He was very helpfull and it seems we may have
serious problem, He is going to get in touch with his counterpart in Australia
for advice.
13.00hrs Lunch was very light, Kevin and
Fat's went off ashore, S & A cleaned up the ship and generally pottered
around.
18.30hrs We all went ashore for the Happy Hour (
with strings) and followed with dinner, A whole lobster for $15, good value and
very nice too.
23.00 hrs We returned to A LADY and hit the
bunks
